Weekly Review - 19/09 - 25/09
Lionel Messi (Barcelona) - 19/09 Atl Madrid(H) won 5-2 - Match rating 9 - Took both his goals brilliantly, and was a constant menace for the terrified Atletic defence. (Highlights)
23/09 Racing Santander(A) won 4-1 - Match rating 9 - Two more stunning goals and an assist saw the Argentinian produce a similar display to the one he managed at the weekend. (Highlights)
Alexandre Pato (AC Milan) - 20/09 Bologna(H) won 1-0 - Match rating 6.5 - A frustrating evening for the Brazilian, who was in and out of the match. He made a couple of incredible turns of pace and also hit the post with a daisy cutter in the second-half. (Highlights)
